"Staff is excellent. Room needs some additional touches. It should have two chairs and only had one. Toilet paper dispenser needs to be on a stand as it is cramped next to toilet. Needs a safe and a dresser ."

"EXTREMELY loud. It’s right beside a busy road and the noise is constant and late into the night. Also beside the airport so you are listening to planes all day and it starts early morning. Didn’t see any staff smile nor engage. Was sad after coming from caye caulker & it being so lively & friendly. Beds were good. Room was dated and mirrors peeling but it was clean. Sargassum was thick & the wind never stops so the beach wasn’t as lovely as it was on caye caulker west. They should inform guests when they are spraying chemicals for mosquitos throughout the property, the worker was in a mask but there was no notices given to us."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed our room and the view from our room. The pictures do no justice, I mean beautiful view! I do wish they had all inclusive options but it was close to town which is what we were looking for and we rented a golf cart and had a blast. I would recommend a golf cart for you to be able to get everywhere you need to go but I do like that everything is accessible by cart and you don't have to depend on a taxi or driver. It's really easy to maneuver around town as well but keep in mind you will have to catch a seaplane(15min) or ride the ferry for an hour and a half to get to San Pedro. I will return to this hotel!"

"It’s an OK hotel. Beds were good. Breakfast was good. But amenities are lacking. "

"We had an ocean front suite that was immaculate inside, just needs some door seals to prevent the on shore breeze mixing with the foul stench of sargasm, the workers worked hard every day trying to clear it all. We loved relaxing on the jetti on the loungers, shame they didn't have one section to fish off of, no fishing allowed on their jetti, although you could just stand in the sea if need, as its really shallow. Food was excellent, i just wished they wouldn't light the fire pit when the wind was on shore, filled the restaurant with smoke. house reef/snorkel was rather dull, recommend they take their guests somewhere slightly better. "
