"I had a work trip so I was exhausted. First arrival everything was great. I had an early check in and the black woman at the front desk was awesome. The best customer service I had in a while. My room was ready before time. The room was perfect, very clean and cute. It was very quiet, I wasn't disturbed by housekeeping. Breakfast was good, lot of variety. I also had a late check out and if you are in the medical field they have great discounts for your stay. The pool was under maintenance so I didn't get to try that out. It was close to everything, food, shopping, and fun. I will be back again for sure. "

Breakfast area was a little crowded, but we were able to secure a table both days. The hotel is located right by historic Biltmore Village and near Biltmore Estate entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in Asheville."
