“This property is everything you hope you walk into in a rental! Hosts were welcoming, accommodating and easy to correspond with. The penthouse is beautifully furnished, SUPER clean and very well stocked. The hosts offered helpful recommendations and guidance during our Boston stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and all of the linens are high quality and well cared for. The property includes the most gorgeous rooftop views of the South end. Sue provided clear instructions for parking……

“Our stay at The Dean was nice for a group of 4. The property was clean and reasonably priced. It was a short distance in to the South side of Boston and parking in front of the property was not a problem. ”

“The property was great for our short stay. The street was quiet, and the water was hot immediately. The back porch has a nice view of the community garden. The location is convenient for trips to all the must-sees. Lots of Ubers in the area, so you will not wait more than 5 minutes. Unbeatable value. ”

The property was just as described, wonderful light, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and the host was easily accessible for all our questions and needs. “The property is walking distance to Fenway.. We did not have any issues with noise. The metro is right in fornt of the house (also very convenient for getting around Boston) but the noise is minimal and after the first few nights it simply became background noise. Having the grocery H-Mart store less than a block away was very convenient. A large variety of eateries both very close to very walk-able. Hosts were very receptive and responded quickly to any questions we had. ”
