“smooth check in process and very good communication with the host”

“The listing photos very appropriately depict the details of the property. Was very clean. Close to the T subway so made it easy to get around Boston if you’re not looking to rent a car. Only grievance was that the AC seemed to not work. Our group set it to 68 and the place only managed to get down to 73 with windows open and standing fans provided in the unit. The weather probably helped with this though because we visited when temperature outside was 50-60. The hosting party, who was off site,……

“Found street parking easily. Great location with park and Pond near by. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. A few minor issues but management responded right away. One bedroom is very, very small but would be fine for children. The other bedrooms are perfectly situated and comfortable. Much light and with two decks to sit on- front and side it makes the space feel even larger. Would definitely stay again.”

“Came to town for funeral and this was my first time using this site. I was very nervous, but the natural lighting and floor plan caught my eye! It was perfect for our stay. The pictures were exactly what I found! The house provided everything we needed for our short stay! “An ideal location in the South End. We rented the top two floors - two bedrooms and modern kitchen on each floor with and beautiful tree-lined views. Great layout. It’s a brownstone so expect a lot of stairs each day. Well appointed and clean. We would rent these again.”
