A few maintenance type issues need to be addressed for safety. Area rug in living room is curling in the corner on the way into primary bedroom - a trip hazard. Easily blew an outlet in primary bathroom while plugging in hair dryer. It also affected lamp on bedside nightstand nearest bathroom. Appreciate the quick response to repair. Very clean and spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants, but very steep hills throughout area make walking quite strenuous.
