“The location is perfect. The description that includes renting the marquee suite with the Vanderbilt suite is a little confusing. But Leroy with the maintenance crew was extremely helpful. Basement area seems to be a lot of wasted space. No trash cans in either kitchen area.”

I chose this property because it looked amazing, had the perfect location as far as our needs, and was very cozy! I must book again in the future. “Asheville weather was extremely cold and windy. The stores in downtown were all touristy Our condo was fine. Parking was an issue.”

“Perfect location for a quick weekend get away and a couple concerts. Walking distance to venues and good food. Coffee stocked in room (k-cup and full pot) but excellent coffee shops in walking distance. Parking was easy and felt safe. If you have a second car it gets a little trickier but the host made us aware of alternate parking options in some near by decks. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook if we wanted. Didn’t really need to communicate with host after arriving as we had all the……

“This was a wonderful stay in downtown, Asheville! We had family that flew in and the managers allowed me to do an early check-in since I had all of our groceries and cold products for the weekend. They were very accommodating and very responsible. The apartment was perfect. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and plenty of room for us to spread out, plus a little balcony.
