Nice property with breakfast too

I've stayed at this property multiple times. It is a great property for an airport location hotel. The entire staff is very helpful from security/bellmen up to speaking with a manager, if necessary. The rooms are very clean and despite being near the airport, it's very quiet. We ate at the Skyview Lounge all 3 nights and had drinks while watching local sports. Our server/bartenders Jonalene, Nick, TJ, Rikki and JP were the BEST ! Friendly conversation and great service once again. The M Club was...

They made me feel safe

Loved that it was right on the bay

Only problem worried about our cars being broken into.

Very comfortable. Even though close to SFO airport, the noise level was hardly noticed. Only complaint was I booked because it provided a shuttle to and from the airport but it had limited times which did not coincide with my schedule so I had to use taxis. They need t post this on their website.

Price was reasonable and affordable compared to surrounding hotels. Staff was very nice and professional.

Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport is always nearly fully occupied. That is a testatment to the location and value. The hotel has a gym and a pool. Saw and met travellers from many cultures and nationalities.

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. The room was quiet and very well designed. Little details in the design were smart and made it super comfortable. Love the blackout shades and the shade in the “window” of the bathroom. Nice to have a foot bar in the shower. There were no plastic bags in the garbages. Loved the floor material. Super...

Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I had injured my knee a couple of days earlier and was on crutches and he did everything he could to help me. At the front desk, Jared and Dominique were warm, welcoming, professional and...

Great breakfast buffet

Nice Hotel

Host Alexis went above and beyond to assist us with our stay. She was awesome!

My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.

The Argonaut is in a great location to see many of San Francisco bay area attractions, all within walking distance. The hotel is clean, quiet and safe, with great hospitality service.

A Sublime Experience at Hotel Nikko San Francisco Our stay at Hotel Nikko in San Francisco was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of calm and luxury that made this trip unforgettable. Hotel Nikko seamlessly combines understated elegance with the vibrant energy of the city, making it the perfect choice for both relaxation and exploration. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to...

I love how close this hotel is to the airport. Great food nearby, the staff is great, and a good value
