“Due to the emergency matter I was not able to check in the hotel but I was charged double times for the room rate. I understand the pre payment won’t be refunded if I failed check in but I don’t think they could charge me double times. I contacted them and never got anything back. ”

“The hotel is nicely located away from the falls area but close enough to be convenient to get to. It has a pool and a restaurant is right next door. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The rate is good also.”

“I didn't think paying a damage deposit was necessary. I say this because there have been times when I never got a property would keep the deposit rather than paying it back.”

“Older establishment, but kept well, clean. Difficult lock to enter. Surprised at parking fees! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was unimpressive.”

“Well as a veteran I feel appalled to have to pay $25 to park period in your already full lot when parking down the street is $10? Just to get in my room no fridge no microwave and a TV that needs the hand of God to operate (the remote was trash)one waste basket beds that sink a very noisy ac unit and cant even turn the bedside light on because only half of the 2 outlet wall receptacle is working so no I wasn't impressed and get some better pillows Jesus!”

“The location of Rainbow Motor Inn is good but rooms are not acceptable. First, the door can’t locked well. The lock seems broken. Second, TV is not working and air conditioner is noisy but even not cooler enough. Third, the room is not clean and bathroom is very dirty. Forth, the staffs are not friendly. Fifth, and the most ridiculous part is they don’t keep baggage for me because they said they are full booked, there is no room to keep it!!!!!!!! I will not stay in Rainbow Motor Inn……

“Room itself was clean. Staff in a way helpful. Air conditioning unit was old, still in working condition but not necessary as it was rather cold. Parking was available right in front of the door. Beds were very very hard, fridge was freezing everything in, and microwave is on its last stretch (mismatched parts - plate was from the different one and was not turning). the faucet in the bath tub was broken and for the first few minutes I got dirty back water coming out of it. No security for……
