“Charming Inn, a throwback to the distant past yet full of fresh modern era updates. Rooms are simple, but tasteful and less than fancy, but fresh and clean. There is a large shared first floor with an eclectic array of furnishings, and used for reception, guest lounge and kitchenette for coffee tea and treats. Good service at the Inn with a co-owned Cafe just across the street for breakfast, light lunches and drinks. Overall quite good value for this area and the beautiful little town of……

“Motel room was very clean with up-to-date modern furniture/fixtures, comfortable bed with nice soft linens. Large clean bathroom and towels. Lots of parking spots and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Motel on-premise cafe food was very good. The Kent Motel is in a good location to the historic downtown, Shaw Festival Theatre, restaurants and wineries. Couple of Suggestions: Add a coffee maker in the rooms; we could not enjoy an early morning coffee until 8:00am as that is when the……

“Due to the emergency matter I was not able to check in the hotel but I was charged double times for the room rate. I understand the pre payment won’t be refunded if I failed check in but I don’t think they could charge me double times. I contacted them and never got anything back. ”

“This was horrible, the rooms where dirty and filled files. The room stinks and the light flickers. Did I also mention the TV doesn't work. This crap house is stated as a hotel, but its truly a rundown motel. Just be smart like I always do and bring your own bedding, towels and clean supplies. Otherwise a few staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Being a frequent traveller I've stayed in many B&B in Europe and Asia. But so far this is the best B&B I've ever stayed in my life. We arrived late due to traffic jam but the host stayed up and helped us with the check in. We have lots of luggages so the host upgrades our room to a spacious Purple butterfly without any additional charge. The breakfast every morning is delicious, fresh and abundant with lots of variety, we brought along a 3-year-old and the host even prepare additional donuts……

“My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back.”
