“When we arrived, the person at the front desk was having problems with the comouter checking in guests. We waited approximately an hour just to check in. Then, when we got in our room we saw that the bathtub finish was peeling off and the toilet handle was broken and the shower curtain was shredded and brown at the bottom. The sheets were dirty and the couch had a big nasty dirty spot on the seat area. The person at the front desk said that he would let his manager know but nothing was done……

“Our check in was not good. We were given a key to a room where someone was already occupying. We were given another room and the keys didn’t work. It happened again with another set of keys. The front desk person came up and tried the master keys and it didn’t work. She went down and found us another room and the keys worked this time. The rest of the stay was pleasant. I received a call from the manager of the hotel and he was very apologetic for what happened and ended up not charging us for……

“There was no problem with the facility - it was very good and we had a very pleasant stay. The problem was with Expedia. We had trouble checking in and when we called Expedia, the lady was not able to help us. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor but was told someone would call me back. If a supervisor did call back, no message was left. I also emailed a complaint to Expedia which was acknowledged with a statement that it would take up to 48 hours to receive a response, NOT helpful……
