“Superb room very clean and everything smelt amazing to the lobby, elevator and room. Very nice gym but could be expanded such as providing complimentary protein bars. Staff service was lack luster but always quick to address issues. View was nice even in the base room, would be a guest at Nobu hotel frequently. Just wish they had a loyalty program and collect 'Nobu points' or something similar. Additionally a pool would be a excellent addition at the Toronto hotel. ”

“We stayed in a family suite on the 28th floor which was provided with a laundry to the residence for the same floor. It was perfect to us, as a family of five, we have a lot of clothes to take care of. More, the room has a beautiful city and harbor view as we look out of the windows. The hotel staffs always greets with happy smiles, and the breakfast buffet offers a great range of quality food. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. ”

Even if another room was replaced, the door lock was still cannot be locked. They arranged two technicians to come and repair the door locks of the two rooms. “Hotel was not very busy and was given inside room that needs updating looking at a square. Received a letter after our first of 3 nights that drilling would commence at 9am the next few days during our stay which could be heard all through the hotel. This should have been notified on booking as to construction was going to take place. Price per night sure didn’t reflect. Parking and charge was not clearly articulated as to payment or price. Was charged more by the hotel than the rate……
