Overall a nice place to visit on a budget. Smaller resort so not as crowded which worked great for our family. Property is older, so keep that in mind when considering it.

Was a really great and wonderful resort very peaceful and laid back and a lot of locals was really nice to immerse myself into the local culture and explore the history in the area like El Meco wonderful friendly staff and services when I come back to Cancun I would stay here again

Beautiful property but i didn't like the beds usa queen sizes its double bed alot smaller and need some upgrades, shower head, faucets looks very old no microwave or refrigerator at units , breakfast always great but dinner very poir even when it comes to " restaurants " Italian only has 7 inch samll pizza, and 2 other meals and all restaurants they have very limited to order only 3 different meals to irder from but gust serves excellent and bar always open great drinks

They advertise laundry service on their website. However when we arrived we were shocked when they told us they do not have any laundry facilities on the resort. Instead we would have to go off of the resort somewhere in town to wash our clothes. Will never stay here again. A HUGE inconvenience, especially if you plan to stay for a bit.

The hotel is in a bad place, the food was very limited and it did not meet the standard in the pictures. The roos were dirty and old. Lack of communication with us. The pool was always dirty.

What was unique is the labor staff! Very friendly, kind, and helpful, they are trying to do their best within the limited resources they have. The food was underwhelming, very un appetizing and messy. Not high quality ingredients but surprisingly clean, no one got sick through the 6 days stay, so thanks for that.

The food sucked it was bad no taste and was prepared wrong. The bar was the only thing worth it. Bartenders werre friendly, tye smell of sulfur made me gag most of the days unbearable. Rooms were trash the shower was bad and wifi didnt even work on side of the resort.

This was a very clean and welcoming place. We stayed next to a ferry station. The building itself is beautiful, but it could use some updates. Our room was cleaned early mornings throughout our stay. The food was okay. The service was excellent. The beach had seaweed, but the hotel was very good at keeping it clean. Everyday workers were there cleaning the beach and raking the sand. Tbe hotel has a waterpark and a kids club. They also had mini discos, movies, games and tons of things to do for little ones.
