“El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba el clima estaba goteando eso por parte de la habitación en general el hotel es muy lindo solo algo de cautela para andar en el por el tipo de subidas que tiene en las calles para llegar a la habitación”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Location is fantastic with lots of restaurants nearby. We found more monkeys in the resort than in the rainforest, which the kids enjoyed. Very easy to get to the town Quepos nearby to experience life like the locals do. Depending on the beach you want to go, they are within 3-5 mins drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend”

He gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to visit, and after only a couple of interactions, he already remembered our names and room number. “The Falls had a beautiful, lush jungle setting. The room was clean, and the king bed was very comfortable! The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. We had a complimentary breakfast, which made it a better value! Overall, the convenient location, tropical surroundings, and great staff made our trip exceptional! We highly recommend it and would definitely visit here again!”

“The location is gorgeous! Our villa was ok for us (2 adults, 4 teens) but could have been better. It was 2 levels but you had to go outside to get between the two floors. Having a private beach with chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards was a big plus.”
