“The staff was great 😊 They were doing their best job considering I only saw like the same two women!!!! The facility was not clean, beds were hard and the pool looked much better in the picture!! It had dead bugs in it. The jacuzzi wasn’t even warm”

“My family and I had a nice stay. We really enjoyed the hotel and setup. We will most likely be back in the future. Our favorite part was their breakfast. There is a little bit of a variety which is nice. Even my picky eaters in my family found something they liked. Which in turn helped us from having to spend extra money eating out. All of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our room was clean. The entire hotel was kept cleaned.”

“Rodeway Inn (Nampa, ID) didn't have the type of room we reserved when we checked in. I had to reference the Seinfeld episode then talked about holding reservations not just taking them. They said it was because we reserved through a third party (Expedia). They also sounded real annoyed about us reserving through Expedia and not them directly. On the Expedia reservation, I reserved 2 rooms and I paid an extra ($10) to pay at the hotel because we wanted to pay for our rooms individually. Rodeway……

“Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!”
