Allow the locals to be themselves, you are visitors in their home. Be nice and kind. they are still recovering. Not everything will ne as it was. This is the culture if you cant speak it try if not go with the flow. After all your there for their food, entertainment, and history you adjust to them.
Go in taxi, parking space is limited No cafeteria on premises, order on line, or walk 10-15 minutes to closest restaurants on area.
Use the underground parking & taxis are worth not driving.
