The villa features three bedrooms: two with double beds (one with air conditioning, and both equipped with closets) and one with twin beds. Guests also have access to a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned living room. For cooler months, there is also a gas heater.

Outside, there is a spacious garden with a barbecue and cooking utensils, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The villa also offers free on-site parking with space for up to 4 cars, ensuring maximum convenience for those traveling in groups or with multiple vehicles.

The villa’s location is unique: just a short walk away, you can visit the Selinunte Archaeological Park—the largest in Europe—with its Doric temples overlooking the sea. The beaches of Marinella di Selinunte are just a few minutes’ drive away, perfect for sunny, relaxing days.
