45 m² gîte in a 19th-century farmhouse in a troglodyte hamlet 1.5 km from Azay-le-Rideau. Ground floor: beautiful rustic living room-kitchen opening onto a terrace overlooking a stream (Le Fenil). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (queen-size bed, single bed), shower with toilet. Baby bed and high chair. Wi-Fi. Electric heating (€5 to €6/day). 300 m² unfenced garden bordered by a stream (table tennis). Beautiful natural setting, ideal for hiking (GR3 hiking trail on site). Prices include: sheets (beds made), bath towels, and firewood. 45 m² gîte in a 19th-century farmhouse in a troglodyte hamlet 1.5 km from Azay-le-Rideau.  
  
Price does not include: Heating and electricity are not included.
