"If you can afford to stay elsewhere, definitely do. The only nice thing I have to say is there were no bugs. Terribly thin pillows, no smoke detector in my room, the back door to the building doesn’t secure, the front desk gave out my room number to someone(!), cheap, worn towels, the mirror was cracked and definitely a hazard, there were no no-slip aids in the shower, and the fire alarm went off in the building for 30 minutes at 3:45 AM with no assurance from staff. "

"Our room had a horrendous smell that burnt our eyes, gave us a headache, short of breathe and caused dizziness. We got our room switched which didnt have a smell, while waiting at the desk several other people said they wanted put in a complaint. The elevators were treacherous, they dont post the elevators certificate just a sign sayimg ask at the desk, it rattled like crazy, the doors open before being stopped. Plus i paid 85\. To park! I will not go back and will be contacting the corporation and the owner of the location "

"I would defiently recommand this location to stay. The staff was very friendly and excellent service. Although I was unable to try the Spa, the grounds and surrounding areas were beautiful. They are working on the outside pool. I'll be returning for a longer stay. What made the trip even better was, we were able to check in as soon as we arrived at 12 noon. How satisfying is that, after a long drive. Parking was excellent and the many other dining spots and shopping stores on the on Indian River will keep anyone happy. Lastly the beach is just 20 minutes away. "

"The actual bedroom was very nice and clean. But the bathroom was horrible, when I entered the room the bathroom door was locked so i had to call for it to be opened. When i returned back to my room,there were hair particles, tub was dirty with hair and the mess that maintenence made was left on the floor. Horrible I was very disappointed for it to be a holiday inn. Will never book another stay at any holiday inn. My friend next door found a roach in his refrigerator how awful is that. I'm totally done with them. "
