Staff was very nice and helpful. I guess I wish I would have known about the extra $45 for parking upon making my reservation. Also, the staff person showed us where breakfast would be. It set up an expectation for breakfast. There was stale bakery and a bowl of fruit. I was a little embarrassed for your establishment. If it were me, I’d suggest if people would like coffee in the morning (there also was no cream or milk), go and be pleasantly surprised by a bowl of fruit. Leave the bakery out if it’s not going to be decent. It states on the card in the bathroom that towels get renewed every other day, but after the 3rd day we had to call and ask for more and no cleaning what so ever or even picking up the old towels from us.. no housekeeping at all during our 4 day stay and when the front lady showed us our room it was so quick for her to get out she didn't show us anything for the room "there's a book on the desk with information" we could not find any ac thermostat and it got a little warm and there were no windows to open.
