“Very clean and comfortable. Fully updated with a really cool design. Huge glass windows that showcased a beautiful picture of old Florida. The view was amazing and the overall area was very relaxing being surrounded by nature in a tidal marsh. Pool is huge and updated , facility is meticulously maintained with wooden docks perched above a salt flat with fiddler crabs scooting around. The access for boats is great with a very convenient area for dockage and scallop / fish cleaning area. A great……

“The condo was spotless and well maintained. The condo had everything I needed to have a very comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable. The place was peaceful and had a beautiful view out the screened in porch to the Withlacoochee River where I sat in the mornings and enjoyed my coffee and enjoyed quiet evenings out there as well. We had our own dock access and the boat ramp is right across the way to bring a boat in and out very easily. The property accommodates boat trailers up to 24……

“We had a wonderful time at this most unique home and property! Don's and Donna's home was exceptionally clean; nicely designed and maintained; both their home and unique "village" location exceeded our expectations. The design of the home and their wonderful decorations made us feel at home. Everything one could need: utensils; pots/pans; appliances were provided. Don responded to all inquiries rapidly and helpfully which enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this special place to anyone……

“This place was top notch! It literally had everything we needed for our trip and more. The hosts are such amazing people and it was a joy getting to meet them. We’ve been coming to tradewinds for years and have stayed in a number of their houses but this was the best one yet! We’ll be back to book again in the future. Always a plus when the listing includes the boat slip too!”
