“Big, comfortable and charming room”

“Good location and cost effective for large groups. Room was nice and quiet, clean and had a full kitchen.”

“Great location, walkable to many sights we wanted to see. Lovely historic building. ”

“The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again”

“The description was 100% accurate. No issues. Closer to times square and empire state building. Enjoyed Guthrie square”

“We didn’t spend much time at the apartment other than at night to sleep. The location is awesome & close to a lot of stuff. The only downside was only being able to use one appliance at a time. We definitely understood we were in an old building but being a group of 3 women it did make getting ready a lengthy task. The beds were really comfortable & the patio space was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!”
