“Staff was super friendly, quick to check in and it is in such a easy place to park, and walk to food, gyn, and other things. Clean and large rooms and love the outdoors aspect of the place. Breakfast was great, in a big room and lots of options from Waffles, to cereal, eggs, potatoes, Biscuit and gravy, Hard Boiled eggs, coffee, juice.. your normal full breakfast options. Internet is fast for work access. Great place, will stay again when I am in the area!”

“We ultimately ended up not staying here. It had nothing to do with the staff. The check in was smooth and easy. Yes, I read reviews before booking but after visiting I can’t agree with some of them. It is a very old motel and the outside is really worn. The room we were assigned was pretty worn too. The mattress was broken down and jiggled just by sitting down on it. It just wasn’t for us. I was willing to pay the much higher price at another tried and true chain hotel. The clerk was super busy……

“Old and musty. You could tell it used to be smoked in or was catching smoke from smokers. Even though it was non smoking, a chair and ash bucket were right outside the door. Fridge is a wine bottle cooler, had to physically pick up and move the microwave to plug it in. Bath mat was a dingy hand towel. All the towels were dingy white and thread bare or simply had holes. It wasn't even worth the discounted price I paid ket alone full price.”

“Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. ”

“We stayed in the Aston Suites. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. However, my husband who uses a cane would have had a challenge with getting to the front desk in the Norblad Hotel. I took care of checking in and the Astor Suites had an elevator which made it easy for my husband.”

“Bare room with bed and tv. Shower was gross. Deck and stairs poorly unkept. Very noisy with traffic and people visiting outside. Bed very bad. I know you get what you pay for, but this was bad.”

“When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked……
