“This place reeks of history and stories. If only the walls could talk. This reminds me of a bordello of another era. Single rooms are clean. Bathrooms are great. Easy to share them. Nothing luxurious. Great location. Lovely sitting outside area below the rooms. Fun bar. Very pet friendly. Staff were great. I left something in my room and a woman came and found us sitting outside. She returned the property. So conscientious. Good value for the price!!!”
“The man at the front desk was horrible. Rude. Fully paid for the room but they tried to ask me for an extra $50 cash as a “deposit” but wouldn’t take that on a card hold only cash refusing to give me a receipt. Yeah that was a no.”
“Place is a little Skechty, would not recommend it. There were a pile of dirty loundry there when we checked into our room, floor was sticky and shower was gross”
“Old plumbing and not many working outlets….also might avoid drinking the tap water. Dishes appeared to be dirty, but bedroom was clean. Also….NO MICROWAVE! I didn’t realize until I really needed one, very disappointing.”

Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip……
“When I arrived at the property, it was completely different than described. The photographs online are if a second floor apartment. This is a first floor apartment directly on a busy street. Because people are walking by within a foot of the windows no blinds or shades are able to be raised at any time of the day. There were multiple stains on the sofa, it was a very dark interior. Street parking was very limited for our vehicles. I tried to contact the property multiple times that afternoon……
