“The room was being cleaned as we arrived and not deep cleaning. The staff didn’t speak any English so it was hard to discuss anything. The water didn’t work at all during our trip and we let them know at 8:30 pm and didn’t have water until morning. One of the beds didn’t have any covers. We put a complaint in and never heard back. The place is beautiful and great location. ”

“Très mauvais accueil aucune aide de bon sens, aucune initiative pour le respect des clients Très bruyant : une douzaine de personnes criant dans la piscine à 22 h, une famille parlant extrêmement fort Eau froide, rien ou poser dans la salle de bain, sol extrêmement glissant et aucun tapis de sortie de douche, on peut tomber très facilement Pas de lampe de chevet Minimum dans la cuisine Appartement grand mais tristr”

“It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again.……

“necesita mas comida en el buffe para la comida. el desayuno en el buffe es muy desente. la cena del buffe necesita mas varieda deben trabajar mas en el entrenimiento. los restaurante muy bueno el restaurate chino mi faborito y el de marisco. el ginacio no funciona. el bar de la playa muy buena comida mi abitaciones tenia firtraciones. me canbiaron eso si.”
