This towering waterfall is best accessed from the river. The trail is located between Steele Creek and Kyle's Landing, both popular camp areas and river access points along the Buffalo National River. I don't think the trail is marked, but it's not a secret and there are usually plenty of people who can guide you on where to stop. It's about a 1.5 mile trip each way with a little elevation gain...but not a difficult hike. This towering waterfall is best accessed from the river. The trail is located between Steele Creek and Kyle's Landing, both popular camp areas and river access points along the Buffalo National River. I don't think the trail is marked, but it's not a secret and there are usually plenty of people who can guide you on where to stop. It's about a 1.5 mile trip each way with a little elevation gain...but not a difficult hike.
