The check-in process was very easy and streamlined. Overall, it was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is very spacious.The only 2 things that were concerning was 2 of the doorknobs kept sliding out of the doorknob holes. They weren't broken, just loose. It was concerning because I thought we broke it. The only other concern was that the 6th room is an outside room by the pool that needed a key. There weren't any instructions that this was the case so we actually only used 5 rooms the first 2 days which was hard because people were sleeping on the floor. The thought was that the other room was probably a storage until we found the key and tried it and it worked. Overall though, it was a great experience. We had a great time. The area is beautiful. We took a walk to the river and my family absolutely loved it and enjoyed it. I highly recommend River Ridge. It's about 20 minutes from a Walmart or any chain store but that wasn't as big a deal for us.
