“2 day stay, will not stay again. Property is pretty worn out. Breakfast ends at 9 AM, wish it went until 10, did not get to try it.”

“Unfortunate that the room smelled significantly musty. Discovered the carpet was very wet around the ac unit. The AC unit was clearly leaking inside the room. Hard to sleep.”

“Our room was 76 degrees when we arrived as the air conditioning was not working. We called the front desk and the maintenance person arrived a few minutes later. He had it working in no time. It took a while to cool down but it was fixed very quickly which was much appreciated.”

“Our room was filthy- weird stains on the walls and the furniture. I tried to work with the front desk on staff upon arrival and the only thing he could say is that I would have to wait until after 7 am to get this resolved. At 7 am, the new person at the desk informed me that the property manager is the only person that could help us but the property manager is only available Tuesday through Friday at 11. We ended up checking out early because the staff was unhelpful, the hotel was sold out and……

“Shared parling with restaurant next door made it nearly impossible to find parking after 7pm. The room had some sort of odor to it, but it wasn't air freshener (musty). Shampoo in the shower was empty, still on the wall, but empty. The so-called breakfast was a joke. Stale bagels, waffles, but no syrup. There was coffee, but nothing else. No juice of any kind, not even ice water. I personally will never stay again.”
