“Overall good”

“Upon arrival, the manager asked an excessive number of questions, which made the check-in process uncomfortable. The pool is only open Tuesday through Sunday, which was not disclosed beforehand. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were watery, and the breakfast ham had a terrible odor. We also learned that the hotel no longer offers complimentary cookies, as staff explained they stopped providing them after COVID. The hot tub was another disappointment. The……

“When we arrived it was a little too early for check in, it was 1240- 100 PM. There was a pop up tent with a group of people smoking and drinking and playing music on the side of the main entrance, which to be honest, was our 1st red flag. I went inside and was informed that I could pay an additional $40 to check in now or come back a 2PM. Since we were intown for a birthday party, we decided to wait, go shopping and out to eat. By the time we came back it was close to 5PM and was told we……

“This is the best hotel we have stayed in, clean and comfortable”

“The property is old and outdated. The pool and hot tub was not cleaned. There was hair and dead skin in the hot tub. We were there 4 days and 3 nights and through the stay, we never received housekeeping. I also smelled marijuana in the elevators. It should be a smoke free hotel and it doesn’t seem to be.”
