Bluestone offers a charming escape into timeless luxury, spread out across a grand main living and bar area, 2 comfortably appointed bedrooms and a well stocked heritage kitchen, featuring original slate floors, vibrant stained glass accents and gorgeously carved wooden trimmings throughout. Cosy up to the commanding fireplace in a Victorian armchair, unwind in the antique claw foot tub scented with Australian amenities, stir up a locally sourced cocktail at the vintage wooden bar, and savor sunny days on the veranda spotting birds, kangaroos and whales frolicking below. Bluestone promises discerning travelers and unforgettable seaside escape, combining natural beauty with a seamless blend of heritage and contemporary comforts. About the Space Guest access via private entry and driveway, ample outside parking for multiple vehicles. 1x King bedroom & 1x Queen bedroom with 1x single bunk bed, full linen/towel service provided across bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen with stovetop, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and pod coffee stocked with basics & tea/coffee provisions. Telstra NBN Wifi across house, with living smart tv for guests to login to streaming service accounts as desired. Laundy with washing machine, ironing and clothes hanging facilities. 10 minutes from Victor Harbor center and shopping, golf courses, restaurants and conservation parks. Things to Note HIGH RISK bushfire zone, so a strict NO SMOKING policy and outdoor fires are BANNED during fire season from November to April. Property is teeming with wildlife like kangaroos, rabbits and birds but be aware snakes, mice and bugs are also present and there are no fences, we do not allow pets as a result. Rainwater is used throughout the property so considered use is greatly appreciated. There is no access to the 2x sheds on site, this is owner storage space.
