Location was close to NU campus and easy walk to downtown. Kitchen had ample dishes and cooking essentials. And a bag of ground coffee and filters was greatly appreciated. However, the keys they provided did not work. We asked for assistance through the app and attempted to call multiple times. The owner was very slow to respond and not able to offer helpful solutions. Their only guess was that the door might have been jammed. Ultimately we were forced to book a hotel...
