“Room was clean just an older motel. Everyone tried to help just lack of communication. Couldn’t hear them.”

“They charged me $57 when the “fee” Mimi insisted upon was supposed to be $36. She didn’t explain what this charge was for. There were rips in the dust ruffle and holes in the coverlet. It SMELLED LIKE DOG! Especially in the bathroom and air freshener did NOTHING. I had requested a bathtub, which went unanswered. Mimi didn’t offer me another room. I felt unsafe there. Scotty was very kind and agreed I should have been treated better. I have requested my money be returned but haven’t heard……

“It was a busy weekend, but parking was a breeze. The breakfast area was lively but totally manageable.”

“Very good service at this hotel. The staff is wonderful. We went for a conference and took more than 40 people with us and were treated wonderfully”

“Excellent location, amenities, and property. Friendly staff.”

“Large room. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet. negatives are no breakfast, no coffee except a tiny maker in room, and $40 parking fee for self-part and $48 for valet.”

“My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day”

“The room was clean, the property was convenient to everything and well maintained. The happy hour was a pleasant surprise. When we travel back to the area I will definitely stay here again.”
