Our studio apartment has the comfort in the right measure for your stay. The highlights of this inviting, spacious, airy and bright space are; 1 double bed with orthopedic mattress, 32 LED TV with split air conditioning, spacious bathroom and small kitchen. Other amenities include medium-sized refrigerators, cooktop, cutlery and glasses. Bed linen and towels are provided. Studio Ágata is on the upper floor. Guest access You will have access to your cottage and bathroom and all outside areas of the house. Common questions: \- Distance from the beach? It is 15 minutes walk to the beach Mozambique. \- Distance from the Center? We are in the east of the island, region of beaches. The center is 30km away. \- Check-in and check-out times? Check in from 3pm Check out at 11am \- Do you have parking, garage? Our guests have space in front of the property to park. The place is safe and we have surveillance round at night. \- Are bed and bath linens available? Yes. \- What are the types of bed? Double bed and single bed. \- Is there an internet in the building? Wifi Live fiber \- Do you have cable TV in the building? We have open channels and tv with access to netflix (movies and series) \- Snake Bailout? How much? Do not.
