“Host was responsive when we could not get in. But we found the floors very dirty all over the apt. We could not walk bare foot. We tried to sweep .Also one suggestion: mention should be made that the apt was on the third floor. We are in good shape but other seniors may not be and may not be able to navigate the stairs”

“Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. I didn’t spend more time than sleeping and getting……

“Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. ”

“Worst place to stay at, couch was already broken, instead of them buying a new one they put books under it, and they ask for more money once you already place order for bnb, don’t recommend at all”
