“Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed. Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. The hot tub area was surrounded by outdated tile, and the flooring did not……

“rooms were beautiful and kept impeccably clean by the great staff, the resort is plentiful and we had fun exploring and probably could've spent another couple days finding new things to do, my only knocks would be, while the interior is beautiful, the exterior of the building can use a facelift and being able to hear the drunk middle aged women having a karaoke party in the next room until 3am on the night before our checkout wasn't ideal, but I guess that goes with the territory. ”

“This property was very clean as well as our room. No worries about bedbugs or anything like that. Staff was super friendly and super helpful.. they even scheduled a shuttle to the casino for a concert on a night that they don’t usually have a shuttle so that was very helpful for us. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods.”

“I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help……
