The Chalet was clean and kitchen well stocked. Slight issue with a few things (from a previous renter) but owner responded immediately. We had a visit from a bear so everyone was slightly concerned about going outside, but it was entertaining watching the bear walk around. We had a large group with elderly people so could have used a little more comfortable seating, but the house was lovely.

Great cabin! Very clean and very spacious!

We had a great experience this weekend at the ski lodge chalet! It was a wonderful cozy cabin and very clean and spacious! The owner was great to work with and we had a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay again!

6 couples newly retired had a perfect 5 night stay. 6 bedrooms with bathroom suites was perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for us. Highly recommended

Great for family reunions!

First time us siblings got together in 14 years, so we were looking for a place that would allow us to feel like we were “home” entertaining. This did just that! Going to book again for next year!

Awesome Cabin

The accommodation of the cabin was perfect for our family. Enjoy seeing the bears that passed by. The beds mattress could be a little softer other than that no complaints. We would rent that cabin again if we came back to the area.

Great experience

We had an awesome family time. The chalet was as nice as all the pictures and the view outstanding. the host was very responsive to any questions or needs before hand and while we were there. Highly recommend

Simply Amazing!

Our once a year family vacation. Ten adults. Plenty of private space for everyone. Plenty of community space for meals. Very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary supplies for cooking. Two decks with beautiful views of the mountains.

Mack Trip 2023 Gatlinburg

This home has spacious rooms with the open kitchen living room concept lets everybody hang out. The down stairs game room allowed us to have many drinks and be kinda loud with our music and voices. Ample parking. Had a blast !

Family vacation

This was a great location and perfect for our family (parents & 3 adult children’s families). Every room had a bathroom, very large living area and kitchen so we could spread out, fun game room with entertainment for all. We got to see some wildlife too(black bear in the driveway and a raccoon came to the porch)! Washer and dryer were great for out wet clothes and towels from rafting trip. Overall a great place and location just up the mountain from Gatlinburg Main Street!

Marriage Retreat

Property was nice. The amenities met expectation. Exhaust fans need to be clean since we're charged a cleaning fee. Asking that the dishes be washed and put away is unusual. Putting dishes away by the cleaning crew should be included in the cleaning fee. With all that said, I would stay again.

Perfect for us

This house is beautiful. It was so clean. We love the layout. We are six couples in our 60s who reunion for a week every summer. We also loved the fact that there was a table long enough for us all to sit together for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan or utensil you would need. The cabin is on a hill and so you have a wonderful view in the evening. We even saw a a bear near the cabin. Greg was a delight to work with. He was patient with us as we tried to work this out for the entire group. We would not hesitate to return to this home. We can highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful & Spacious

We were a group of 10 and we all enjoyed our stay. The chalet was very lovely, spacious and functional. It was great to have a dining table large enough for ten and ensuite bathrooms for all the bedrooms. Our cooks give a big approval for the kitchen. Greg was very responsive to questions and notified us before we arrived that there was a leak in the kitchen sink and had it fixed the next morning. The house is nicely located to access the Gatlinburg bypass making trips to the park easier. However, the road to the house is long, windy and hilly with minimum shoulders if any with drop offs on some sides. That discouraged driving in the dark. Some of the wooden surfaces were tacky. A suggestion would be to have a small sitting area in the game room. We all had a wonderful time.

Beautiful View

House was very clean and spacious. We took our family on a Thanksgiving Mountain vacation as a Christmas present and the house did not disappoint. Each couple had their own room and the grandchildren shared the two rooms downstairs. The six bathrooms were a life saver getting us all ready and out the door in a timely manner and we never ran out of hot water! The kitchen is well stocked and the den is roomy and comfortable. The drive up to the house was scary for people from the “Lowcountry” of SC but it got a little easier the more we drove it. The driveway was also tricky but if you turn in the drive to the left to enter it’s a little less scary. I would highly recommend this house for a large group. We even saw a black bear up close in the driveway. The only thing that would make this house better is to put a couch downstairs in the game room. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with my family. Truly a vacation to remember!!

Family Gathering

It was the perfect property for our family reunion. We absolutely loved the space and amenities for the property. Because it is in the hills, be prepared for tighter turns on the road coming and going from the property.

The chalet was perfect for our family of 16 to enjoy a week long vacation! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and plenty of seating for us to eat together. Having an en suite bathroom in each bedroom was very nice. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfy. We also spent lots of time on the covered back deck and utilized the grill available. The location is close to everything yet far enough away that you are able to enjoy a secluded mountain getaway!

Sibling retreat

We had plenty of space for our group of 13. Every room had an en suite bathroom which was perfect. The common areas, kitchen great room we spacious and allowed us plenty of space to play games and cook meals. We had a very nice stay.

Gatlinburg cabin

Great property for families. Plenty of room for our party of 10. Kids loved the game room; adults loved the huge table to gather for meals and games. Large, well stocked kitchen. Nice outdoor space. Everyone liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Greg, the owner was great to deal with; responded quickly when I had any questions. Would have like to have more of a view but overall this is a 5 star review
