“Overall the resort and amenities are top notch. My 3 rating is due to the lack of housekeeping services. We stayed for 5 nights and never had any housekeeping. I learned you you need request services, which I did on our 3rd day. When we returned to the room later that day we found a complete set of towels on the counter, but garbage wasn't taken, the bed wasn't made, the coffee bar wasn't refreshed, the dirty towels weren't taken, and the lock was flipped to keep our door open.
