“The pictures show an updated hotel. This hotel hasn't been updated at all and looks like the 80's throughout. Our sheets were soaking wet where I guess they didn't dry them all the way. I complained and was told that housekeeping won't be in until the next day. It was a miserable night laying on towels. They checked the room the next morning for leaks and found none. She said I wish I could refund you , but there's nothing I can do on my end. Terrible stay. I won't ever stay at one of these……

“Phenomenal”

“This was our worst hotel experience ever. When we walked in there was blood on the check in counter. We should have walked out then. The floor in our room was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor with every step so we never took them off. Our shower would not drain so the second person to shower had to stand in dirty water up to their ankles. We reported this but it was never fixed. We stayed seven nights and never got clean towels or our garbage emptied despite nicely asking the housekeeper……

“Everything was great as a room. I have stayed at a lot of Choice hotel but I found the breakfast not the greatest. The coffee ltaste like water, the eggs are cold, the toaster took forever, and rock hard butter.”

“It was dirt. The bath tub had so much soap scrum in it, toilet was black and had a dirt ring and bath towels dont even cover half of you. Then you only give two for the room. Refrigerator doesnt even work. The curtains are way to short. So, the outside lights shine in your eyes when your trying to sleep. Also, everyone around can see in. The staff was suoer nice. But, so not worth almost 200 dollars a night. ”

“This Best Western was very affordable and had all of the amenities! The rooms were clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were treated to a beautiful breakfast bar and spent the morning in the pool and sauna. This was a better experience than I’ve had at some expensive hotels. The service and facilities were much appreciated by myself and my children.”
