“We loved our stay at Oak ‘N Spruce. We are an extended family of 15, ranging in age from 3 to 91 years of age, who meet a couple of times a year in the Berkshires. We had 4 units, each with two king bedrooms (one unit was ADA compatible) and it worked out perfectly. We could not believe how much space each unit offered and we were all able to hang out comfortably in one unit. The units, while not new, were very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The indoor pools and the game……

“The Pleasant Valley Motel is your typical inexpensive MaPa Motel, but this place needs a major facelift inside and out, from the peeling wallpaper to the rusted out old rattling bathroom ceiling fan, many things need an upgrade...including the amenities, if you can call them that, the soap was thin and the size of a quarter, which desaturated after one shower and the small shampoo bottle was half-full from the start. “I stayed at the Monument Mountain Motel twice in the past month...this is a cute little Ma-Pa motel that has everything you need for a nice stay. The check-in was easy and the host was very accommodating, in one case I had to arrive very late and we worked out an arrangement. The exterior and the rooms were very clean, well-kept and updated, with awesome water pressure in the shower. The location is great, the price was great, only $70 off season and the motel is right on Rt. 7 in Great……
