The 15 m² terrace with sea view invites you to have breakfast or linger in the evening. Bed linen is provided and the apartment has a separate access. The studio is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained family house with a garden and parking directly on the property. The outdoor area offers an outdoor shower with cold and hot water, and grill facilities can be used by arrangement. The central, yet quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac offers absolute relaxation. In just a few steps, you will reach the gravel beach, supermarket, restaurants, cafés and bus stop. The coastal town of Podaca is nestled between mountains and sea and is excellently suited for day trips to Makarska, Split, Dubrovnik or Mostar. The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, swimming, diving, jet skiing, parasailing, cycling tours, hiking or excursions to nature parks and national parks.
