The Rizt Carton is about service and class. They help you unload your car , and valet park it for you. The staff is very attentive and your luggage is taken directly to your room for you. The room was nicely airconditioned and I had a small patio with tables and chairs right outside my room . I could and did, just walk outside my sliding doors and either sit on the patio, or amble down to the lake or anywhere on the spacious grounds. Great place to stay Very close to downtown Madison

The Colonels is so relaxing and hospitable. Colonel Mark is such a great host, great attention to detail and brings an instant familiarity to your stay. The historical aspect of the house and grounds provides great tranquility to the whole experience.

Nice place, with small rooms. The bathroom is very tiny but functional. We enjoyed and overall recommend this hotel.

The person checking us in was incredibly warm, kind and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good!

The place was very clean, modern looking yet very cozy and pleasant. I did not have a chance to try breakfast there, but the coffee was very good, and pastries next to it fresh and yummy. The whole place looked like it was either brand new or just renovated.

We’re very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean, well kept, and styled nicely. Our family of 4 never felt tight on space. The room had lots of seating and space to place our things without being in anyone else’s way. We stayed only one night. Our stay was due to an event at the Classic Center. The walk to our event and to local restaurants was easy. We didn’t have to get in a car until we left to go home. I believe the hotel was at capacity during our stay, but you wouldn’t know that...

Very very nice. Saw reviews saying it was good, and it was. The evening/night desk lady was awesome. Room was clean and comfy and modern looking instead of the typical old look. Would def use again.
