“Upon arrival I reminded the desk clerk that I resevered a king room and asked for extra pillows. I am 6'5 " and don't sleep well in a queen bed. It is obvious. I askes if their were any new restaurants within walking distance, she said the only restaurant with in walking distance is the Mexican restaurant. I stay at your hotel often in the summer and was hoping for a locals advice. Upon entering room 409 I learned it was a queen queen room. I called the desk an the same clerk, said when I……

“Nice place”

“This is most defiantly not what they advertise on the website - its a rebranded Economy Lodge. There were multiple large stains on the bedspreads, and the sheets felt dirty enough to me that I slept in full street cloths b/c I was worried about the cleanliness of the bed. The bathroom was not any better - lots of mold on all of the calking in the tub, a bathmat that looked like it's been in the same spot sine the 1970's and hair that was not mine stuck to the wall of the shower. “The pool could have been open sooner”

“Room was dirty, breakfast was poor, coffee was disgusting, apple juice was nothing but water, pool was not functioning and we were not advised of this before making reservations, ice machine was inoperable. A total and complete failure and we are considering not EVER staying at Quality inn again...”

“First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn.”

“New property, very nice but have a few small kinks to work out. Seemed very clean but there were some tags and hangers left in the closet, minor but gives the illusion not cleaned great. Overall happy with our stay!”

“The hotel and room were clean but the carpets could use a deep cleaning. The staff at the front desk were professional and very friendly, supportive and courteous. We didn't stay for breakfast as we just drove to the nearest Dunkin for coffee. The outdoor pool looked very clean and it's a big size pool but we didn't get a chance to go into the pool as we were busy.”
