Private Entry, 1 block to campus+downtown, Clean!

TheBroadStreetSuite.com. Located on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown.
There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge (6 can capacity), sitting area, and WiFi. Radiant ceiling heat (thermostats) and a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.
The space
The Broad Street Suite offers a private entrance, King bed (twin rollaway available on request), fresh and clean linens, Keurig Station & Snacks, and two windows for natural light and breeze. It is a quick walk to downtown and Colgate Campus, with a location that can’t be beat. Please note, while a keurig and snack station is offered, a hot cooked breakfast will not be offered (as the room is totally private and blocked off from the rest of the house). Also, the entire house has 6 bedrooms and may be rented by request (for Colgate family weekends, graduation, etc...).
Prior to check-in, please view the check-in manual (via air bnb) for details about the parking space, check in process, etc...
The suite is located in the back of the house, so after parking in the designated spot, please go in back of the house and to the right. The Suite is located in the back porch.

Guest access
Guests will only have access to their suite via keyless entry (back porch). The door to the house will be locked on both sides, to assure privacy. Check In at 3pm and check out at 11am. Please inform me of your travel plans if you wish to check in early and/or check out late (check in and check out time) thank you. I am happy to try and accommodate your schedule, with advanced notice.
Other things to note
No smoking and No pets
The suite is located in back of the house underneath the back front porch. So, to enter the suite, you will go in the backyard and turn right to enter under the back porch.
Thermostat in bedroom and bathroom controls radiant ceiling heat. There is a “fire” in the fireplace with a remote control to turn the logs on and off (no heat comes from this). There is not a hot/cooked breakfast. However, there will be some
Snacks and a variety of coffees and teas for use with the Keurig.
Please note that they had breakfast is not served, as you will have complete privacy in your unit with no interaction from hosts (unless, of course, there is something we can do to help your stay more comfortable).

*please note* Your room is completely private with a door (locked on both sides) to separate owner living space and The Broad Street Suite. Please keep in mind that the house was built in 1812 and lacks modern day thick interior insulated walls. We are an active family of 5 and if we aren’t home, there are times that the house (5 bedrooms) may be occupied by Airbnb guests. When we have guests we are very considerate during quiet hours (9pm-8am). That being said, if you are looking for a completely quiet retreat, this may not be the best fit.
