“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Ms. Christine was fantastic. We received a free upgrade to a room with a king size bed, which was adjacent to the common-share kitchen. The room itself was clean and classy. The open air courtyard was spectacular as we enjoyed the sounds of the quarter without the hustle of the crowds. However, we were quieted by the bumping sounds in the night as if some ghost was trying to escape. Great stay and highly recommended.”

The location truly couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the French Quarter, steps away from everything, yet the hotel itself feels comfortable and relaxing. The staff was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions. Customer service really made the stay even more enjoyable. “The room was better than expected, very convenient location to good food, flea market, trolley rides, nice to have the outdoor space as well.. happy to have been there—- p & p from Manitoba.”

“Loved this place! So clean and beds were ridiculously comfortable! We had our shower door came loose and let the management know. Within 30 min we had someone come out and fix it. This is weird but the pillows smelled so good because you can tell they wash and clean all the sheets after every guest. ”
