“This is a very clean and new hotel, suitable for families who need to cook their own meals. There is free coffee, parking is very convenient, there is a kitchen and equipment I need, a big refrigerator. Around 5 minutes by car Wal-Mart. The only bad thing is that its north side is next to the highway and you can not stand when the big truck passes by.”

“The hotel was clean, staff was excellent, location was great, but our room did not have a mini fridge or a microwave, which is a disappointment considering the price. Also, the pet walk area is very small.”

“Very good stay experience!”

“it's OK.”

“The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.”

“The only negative comment is the breakfast quality, the content is disappoint. The other service items are acceptable.”
