“Upon our arrival day one front desk girl on her personal phone. Hot water for shower was not there barely warm. This was at around 11:00 am the next day after check in. Husband ask lthe front desk about the lounge area outback and was told the propane pump for the heater did not work. Key card did not allow him to enter back into hotel once he walked out there had to walk around hotel to re enter. My husband told the lady at front desk he was not able to re enter with key card she said sorry……

“The staff were very nice and they were also very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. Hotel location is good, parking feels safe. Breakfast was well stocked. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. ”

“Nice beds, quiet a/c unit. Too much old furniture and carpet. Bathroom is very, very small with 2 large pieces of furniture outside the bathroom door that can’t open all the way. Makes it hard for a bigger person. High perfume smell throughout the hotel. They allow pets in any room if you have allergies. ”

“Air conditioner was good for 1 day then I changed it to heat and that was also good. The temperature was 85 degrees then got cold. I stayed on the first floor for the first time and got a room with a comfortable long lounge chair. The hotel very clean and staff was extremely accommodating and superbly attentive to my every need. They gave me free bottled water, coffee & Tea 24/7. I forgot my toothpaste and they had one for me on the house. If I had to say something bad… The only thing I could……
