Beautiful week in the beach cities

Absolutely amazing location. Everything was clean and pristine. Beach is a two minutes walk away. Liquor/convenience store literally 30 seconds walk from the property. Doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommended!

Best Little Bungalow in Sunset

The perfect balance of high-end comforts and minimalistic living - in the best location! Walk to everything you need, short drives to everything you want. Thoughtfully staged, very clean, and super attentive host. Robert (Bob) was so responsive, friendly and engaging. It was like we had a local with us the whole trip.

Absolutely Wonderful

My sister and I brought our MaMa to the beach for a few days to celebrate her 89th birthday. This cute bungalow was perfect for us. Super clean and well appointed. Small but felt spacious. We used both the very nice front porch and the homey private back area. Truly just steps from the beach. I’d love yo come back.

American beach version of The Holiday

Cutest property! Reminded me of an American beachy version of Kate Winslet’s house in the Holiday. Quiet, clean, quaint. All the things work and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. The beach really is just across the street and it perfect to visit and revisit throughout the day between your other activities. Loved.

Nice spot. Good location for things we had planned. Short walk to beach. House could use some basic instructions on TV operation and where trash was located outside etc. Those were very minor issues. Had a great and enjoyable stay.

Feed Your Soul

Absolutely perfect. Quiet and breezy. Cooked some nice meals on the grill. Enjoyed downtime on the front porch. Hopped back and forth across the street to enjoy the beach. Just what I needed and the property exceeded expectations.

Cute Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just right for the two of us to stay in, while visiting family over Thanksgiving week. The house was very clean and everything worked. Beach access was right across the street, and we enjoyed long walks along the beach and through the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very quiet, and people very friendly. When we had an issue with not being able to connect to the internet, the owner was very responsive and helpful, and had us connected very quickly. And the WiFi/Internet was very fast. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our coffee in the morning, once it warmed up a bit.

Sunset Beach paradise

Beautiful, Awesome, Fantastic. We spent a week here, pictures don’t do the place justice. The beach is about 30 paces from the house. Yea, It’s that close. Very well done. Private yard with gas grill🥳. Private front patio. The place is small but very well thought out. All amenities you could think of, gas grill, indoor, and out, full fridge, microwave, and all the untitles needed. Great host, very friendly, welcoming and responsive. Sunset Beach area at the end of the OC in Huntington Beach. Easy ride to Belmont shores 2nd Ave. Or the Seal beach strip within 5 minutes. Downtown LA about 40 to 45 minutes away. Excellent Find.

Wonderful place to stay

The house was great and the location was perfect!! Robert was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions very quickly. There was even a very sweet gift basket of goodies when we arrived.

We enjoyed staying at this property as a family. The location was perfect. Unfortunately I would not recommend using the sofa bed. It was very dirty and uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing an air mattress for our children to sleep on.

A Great Getaway

This was a perfect place to get away for a lovely vacation. The bungalow is so cute and well-appointed. They've truly thought of everything! I'd recommend this location for anyone. It is close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and great walking paths. Sunset Beach is beautiful and stretches for a long ways up and down the coast. You'll definitely want to check this place out!
