I was just in town for one night, and this kept me close to downtown and right next to a nice coffee shop to fuel up in the morning. My only inconvenience was that there was no wifi for my use. Stephen was responsive, but we missed connections because I was away from the room until late in the evening. After I left, it turned out that a power strip was turned off, but it was too late to be of use to me. Again, I would recommend this room for others. Charming, clean, and a unique location. Please note that the access was up a set of metal outdoor stairs. From the beautiful windows that look down on the train and visitors center, to the theme, it’s an adorable room. The host was quick to respond to anything we needed. With that being said, the location wasn’t what I expected. Yes this is a very walkable area… but be aware of your surroundings. We encountered a lot of homeless people and aggressive panhandlers. This is not anything the host can control. You just need to be careful and probably drive wherever you are going. It did seem to be a very LGBTQ+ friendly area though. The accommodations were excellent. The location was great; I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. We found this delightful (an understatement) VRBO property in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk or take a short drive to all of the events. This property really made the weekend special.
