"The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The room was great and spacious. Excellent property! Walking distance from the trían station. I highly recommend."
"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...
"The property was nice, the staff was friendly, the area was nice, and the bakery connected to the hotel is amazing. Definitely would recommend staying here. "
"The location very amazing, and convenience store very next to the hotel.
Only complaint was the bed was quite small for me and my 8 yr old daughter. "
"Conveniently located between two train lines and two different train stations Takanawa Gateway and Sengakuji station.
Excellent service and decent sized rooms.
Highly recommended!!!"
"Wonderful staff, great view from our room, about two long blocks from Gotanda station and very clean. And there’s Tully’s cafe and other eateries right downstairs. "

"The gardens for the property and the other Prince hotels were beautiful. The 7-11 in the lobby was very convenient for a late night snack and quick morning coffee. Access to Shinagawa Station was welcome after our Shinkansen from Kyoto, and access to the Yamamoto line for getting around Tokyo after arrival. There was significant construction in front of the hotel that made walking from the station a bit tricky, but we were able to access through the Prince Sakura Tower."

"The establishment as a whole was amazing. The breakfast buffet provided many options and the outdoor bath lets you relax while being one with nature. The room is small but honestly you only need to be in your room for sleep."

"I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room.
The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good!
The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to get it on my first night. The second night I went there, & it was randomly closed even though all the workers were there. The 3rd night I was out exploring the town. However, upon check-in I did receive a "free drink" coupon, which they allow you to use on any drink, so I chose a highball cocktail, because I think it was the most expensive & heard they were popular in Japan.
After I checked out, I decided to try the restaurant food just for the one time. I kind of wish they had all items available all day, but seems like they switch between breakfast, lunch, & dinner menus. I had the lunch menu & ordered their beef cheeseburger. It was actually really good! A few days earlier, I ate at a burger place called Shogun Burgers, which supposedly has wagyu patties, it was good, but in my opinion, the burger I had at Graphy was even better. It made me wish I tried the restaurant more & during every menu time.
Overall, my experience was great! Staff all spoke English, so foreigner-friendly!"
