“The view is phenomenal, we enjoyed every minute. No cooking in the room however there is a fridge and microwave along with plates, glasses, cups, etc. Tranquility is offered here especially this time of year late April. THE STAFF DEFINITELY CARES ABOUT HOSPITALITY! ”

“Stayed in the suite, Vanity lighting was too low, Kitchen light switch was hard to find. No utensils or dishes avaliable in Kitchen, ironing board was damaged and unsafe. Everything else was great.”

“The room was bare bones, no USB plug ins, and very few electrical outlets. The pictures online portayed this place to be better than it was.The bathroom door would not shut properly and look liked it had been kicked in at one point. The room smelled like old smoke. The dead bolt on the door would not work. The bedding was clean but dingy. The lamp shade was dry rotted and nicotine yellowed. Its a place to sleep nothing more. The highway noise was too loud in the morning. There was no bedside……

“For the price, you can't beat it. I've stayed here twice for work. It's nothing special, but for the price and a bed. It's been clean and the staff are very nice. No complaints.”

They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. “Room was in need of cleaning of surfaces and thorough vacuuming. Bed clean and comfortable. Noise of slamming doors in hallway and jumping on floor above room. Fabulous large heated outdoor pool perfect for lap swimming. Breakfast minimal. Poorly marked road into property parking. Friendly courteous staff.”

“We could not have asked for a more caring staff. They were very cheerful and attentive to our needs. The property was well maintained (got quite a bit of new furniture the day we were checking out) and conveniently located. Housekeeping was helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was good. We found other guests visiting amongst each other friendly also. Desk staff greeted us each time we entered or exited the building.”
