“Good location although no view from the hotel. Excellent staff service both from front desk and housekeeping. The hotel has been maintained in good condition even though it's a bit old. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.”

“Very noisy room, I called to the receptionist at 10:45pm to complain about but not much help until midnight. Disappointed”

“Hotel location is great s it is close to my business meeting spot. The room is clean and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the TV channel selection is very limited, as most English channels do not have signals and are therefore unavailable, and only Malay channels can be shown, which is useless to me as I cannot understand the language.”
