“We had a family wedding in Mechanicsburg and chose this house because of the proximity to the venue and access to other points of interest in the area. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is on a busy road, but the traffic noise was not an issue. The fenced yard is perfect for dogs. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairway is narrow and steep, but this is an old farmhouse; and none of our party had issues with that. The only problem we had was the electronic lock. It’s……

“I had to give this place five stars even though the description said full kitchen, which we were expecting to use, but it ended up not having a stove or oven, only a microwave. For most people that may be all that’s needed, and, if, so, everything else was ideal. I do think the listing description should be changed, however!”

“This was a good fit for all of the people in our family to gather for the weekend. Toys snd activities for all ages of children. Plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to all of the Gettysburg tourist spots. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.”
