“This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out……

“The rooftop pool area is exceptionally clean and beautiful, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the view of the skyline or watching TV. However, the newly constructed college and parking lot garage obstructed the view from the rooms. My studio was situated on the 4th floor. The check-in process was seamless, and Ignacio was exceptionally pleasant and promptly assisted me with any concerns I had. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ignacio for making my stay……

“I had a great 3-night stay and would definitely come back. The room was exceptionally clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. One thing that really stood out was the excellent communication from management—they checked in with me by text each day to make sure everything was going well, which made me feel like a valued guest. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in plain sight. It's a great find with plenty of convenient parking, making it easy to come and go.……
