Home is located 12 houses away from the Bay and near many restaurants and attractions. BRAND NEW POOL INSTALLED. Enjoy sunset cruises, island hopping and dock-side dining. 70' of waterfront, large dock and 2 kayaks available for free. Message me for >6 guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire property including the dock. Parking accommodations up to 3 cars and a trailer. Other things to note My home sleeps 6 adults very comfortably. If you have more than 6 people in your party, please message me before you book so we can discuss your accommodations. Although it is in the description, this home has a separate 1/1 efficiency with a full kitchen, living room area, and bathroom downstairs accessible from the outside only.
